Patrick Kinsman (he/they)

Patrick discovered the ashtanga primary series in Bloomington in 2004, and liked it. In 2007 he did teacher training with Larry Schultz, "the Grateful Dead's yoga teacher," at It's Yoga in San Francisco, and learned the Rocket, an ashtanga based sequence.  Patrick taught these at various studios around Indianapolis until COVID in 2020.

Patrick's practices are asana-based, but not fast.  Movements will be built around sun salutations, with a basic sequence that repeats every week but different postures inside that sequence. Concentration tools and short anatomy lessons will be included for depth of experience.
