Schedule:
Yoga 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. – in the big room just to the right inside the main entrance: You can expect yoga to be at a relaxed pace with space to breathe, with movements that facilitate gentle joint mobility and functional strength. A few mats are available for you to borrow, but please bring your own if you have one.
Meditation 11:00 – 11:25 a.m. – upstairs in Multipurpose 1: Our meditation practice is quiet, continually returning to ease in the body and ease in the breathing. There is nothing to achieve or attain. You are welcome to practice your Way as long as you help maintain a quiet practice space for the group.
Mindful Dialogue and Active Listening 11:30 – 11:45 a.m.: We’ll practice either a paired or full group mindful listening and speaking exercise. Both are great practices that will improve every relationship in your life that involves communication.
Sharing and Discussion until noon: Share any questions and reflections and hear what others have to share. It’s ok to just listen, too.
