Mindful Nature Walks

Quiet walking meditation outdoors at the 100 Acres, a gentle way to return to ease in the body, be natural, and hear the sounds of the world, both inside and out.

When: Last Sunday of May – October, 11 a.m. to noon. (June is the 3rd Sunday)

Cost: free

Every Body Welcome! These practices are suitable for most ages and abilities. No special knowledge or experience needed.   

We walk rain or shine, except in hazardous conditions. Walks include a mix of paved, gravel, grass, and mulched surfaces with some slight inclines. Portable toilets are available at the parking lot and bathrooms are open at the 100 Acres Visitors Center.
