Explore Our Walk Series

We invite you to join us for quiet walking and mindfulness practices in a small group setting. Every Body Welcome! Our Mindful Nature Walks include periods of quiet walking with stops where our Practice Leaders offer mindfulness prompts and activities to help participants come into contact with their sensations and feelings. This practice is a gentle way to return to ease in the body and ease in breathing as we feel our reactions and relationships to the world we are a part of.

These practices are suitable for most ages and abilities. No special knowledge or experience needed. Come as you are and just be yourself!
